This page explains how ordering, payment, samples and shipping work when you buy from Yongkang Beishi Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. The details of each order are confirmed on the proforma invoice (PI). For full conditions see our Terms of Sale.
Price terms: FOB Ningbo or EXW
We quote FOB Ningbo, China by default. We deliver the goods on board the vessel at Ningbo port, and you or your freight forwarder book the ocean freight and cargo insurance to your destination.
EXW (Ex Works) quotes from our factory in Yongkang, Zhejiang are also available on request. Under EXW, you or your freight forwarder collect the goods at our factory and handle export clearance, freight and insurance. The agreed trade term is confirmed on the proforma invoice.
Mixed containers
The minimum order quantity is 500 units per model, and you can mix several models in one container. This lets you combine, for example, wall chasers, tile machines and cordless garden tools in a single shipment. The container size and loading plan are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
Lead times
- Samples: 7 days.
- Bulk orders: depends on quantity, and not more than 45 days.
The exact delivery date is confirmed on the proforma invoice.
Samples
Samples are charged, and the sample cost is refunded when you place a bulk order. The sample price and delivery method are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
Payment
- 30% deposit by T/T (bank transfer) to confirm the order.
- 70% balance by T/T before shipment.
Our bank details are given only on our proforma invoice. If you receive a message with changed bank details, confirm it with us by phone or WhatsApp at +86 15088211618 before paying.
Quality control and inspection
Every unit is inspected in-house after production (100% inspection). You can also inspect the goods yourself or appoint a third-party inspection company before shipment. The inspection date and arrangements are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
Packing
Goods are packed in export cartons for sea freight. OEM packaging such as your own colour box and user manual is available from 500 units per model. Carton contents, carton size and weights for each model are confirmed on the proforma invoice and shown on the packing list.
After the goods arrive
Please check the goods when they arrive and report any quality problem within 7 days of arrival, with photo or video evidence. After we confirm the defect, we send replacement spare parts, for example with your next shipment.

What is the minimum order quantity?
500 units per model. Several models can be mixed in one container.
Which port do you ship from?
Ningbo, China. Our prices are FOB Ningbo by default. EXW quotes from our factory in Yongkang are available on request.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Yes. Under FOB terms you or your forwarder arrange the ocean freight and insurance from Ningbo. Under EXW, your forwarder collects the goods at our factory in Yongkang and also handles export clearance.
How long do samples and bulk orders take?
Samples take 7 days. Bulk orders depend on quantity and take not more than 45 days.
Are samples free?
Samples are charged, and the sample cost is refunded when you place a bulk order.
Can you put my brand on the products?
Yes. We offer your logo, colour box and user manual from 500 units per model.
Are your products CE certified?
Most products are CE certified. Other certifications can be discussed for each order.
Can I inspect the goods before shipment?
Yes. We inspect every unit in-house, and you or a third-party inspection company are welcome to inspect before shipment.
